What to expect:
WEEKLY PAY:
52 Pay Periods each year by automatic deposit.
UP TO 7.5% SENIORITY FACTOR:
Seniority is factored into each driver’s base-pay according to the following rate schedule based on tenure with Reliable Tank Line:
1 YR: Base + 3%
2 YR: Base + 4%
3 YR: Base + 5%
4 YR: Base + 7.5%
10.5% NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL:
We offer two levels of base-pay, regardless of seniority: day-shift and night-shift. Night-shift drivers’ base pay is “day-rate plus 10.5%” on every load across-the-board.
26.25% WEEKEND DIFFERENTIAL:
Drivers working loads on the weekend shifts earn their “base pay plus 26.25%” on every load across-the-board.
HOLIDAY PAY:
All drivers on payroll earn $100 whether they work the holiday or not (with exception of “no-call/no-show”). Drivers who do work a “holiday shift” receive their “base-pay plus 25%” Holiday Differential in addition to the $100 Holiday Pay.
