KSP 1.08 Cab Doors & Camera Obstruction Policy

PURPOSE: Protection of our drivers’ and customers’ interests before, during and after product delivery. The procedure is as follows:

PROCEDURE:

  1. It is MANDATORY that BOTH cab doors stay closed during delivery. This is to protect YOU, RELIABLE TANK LINE, and the CUSTOMER.
  2. Any intentional blocking, obstructing view or tampering with the camera’s will not be tolerated.
  3. Exception: we require all drivers to keep cab doors closed when outside the truck except for brief access to protect trip papers during occasional wet or windy conditions or for access to PTO switch during pump operation in which case the cab door should be closed, but not latched.
  4. Not following this procedure carries the following penalties, in addition to being sent home the rest of the work shift:

PENALTIES:
1st Violation: 1-day suspension and $1000 deduction from current period DSB Payout.
2nd Violation: 3-day suspension and loss of current period DSB Payout.
3rd Violation: further disciplinary action, up to and including, termination of employment.
